and pages of events that happened in the past. When Johnny begins to read the notes, the magical journey begins. Growing Up Gonzales is about brotherly love and the healing power
of saying goodbye.
GROWING UP GONZALES by Felix Rojas has been performed at several venues in New York City. It opened at the Sixth Street Playhouse and then
was presented at the Jan Hus Playhouse as a four-week limited engagement that turned into a seven-month run. Subsequently, the play had a successful four-week run at The Poet's Den Theater
in East Harlem, New York.
